Wed's Mandatory Staff Meeting

Please remember to contribute to the discussion in ECHO called "Internship Program Management Planning for the Future" with any ideas you have for action-planning solutions for this challenge facing us next year. Per our agreements on Consensus building, any ideas must be put forward to the group in advance of a discussion, so that people have time to review and reflect. Our next mandatory staff meeting is Wednesday, January 25th; please contribute to the discussion by end of day Monday, January 23rd. Here's the link to the discussion. We will try to reach consensus on an action plan of next steps (we won't attempt to solve the entire complex situation in this one meeting).
