- TOMORROW AFTERNOON at 4:00 pm. Our Napa County Office of Education Superintendent, Barbara Nemko, and our NVUSD Superintent, Patrick Sweeney, are honoring us for our Distinguished School Recognition. Please if you are able, consider joining us tomorrow at 4:00 for just a brief window of time (15-20 minutes) to be honored! The recognition is part of the NCOE Board Meeting~Hope to see you there!
- Wednesday, October 2nd, Voluntary Staff Meeting~Ariel, Peter, and Tom Solberg will share with you the District's new student data tracking system (which replaces IDMS) and is much more useful. Learn how to log in and look around at multiple types of student assessments.
- Many of you signed up (voluntarily, here are your responses to that form please check) to attend Meeting of the Minds, sponsored by the New Tech Network. You expressed interest by filling out a Google Form which was embedded in the blog.It is now time for us to lock in these registrations, so Pam emailed a request to you to go online and register yourself. Pam has indicated that a couple of you don't remember signing up on the initial form? The initial form asked if you were INTERESTED, and now I need to know if you are ready to commit. The way you commit is to go online and register, per Pam's instructions. If you expressed a "yes" interest, but now are now longer interested, please notify me and Pam by email immediately. Otherwise you are committing to attending!
- Perhaps you intended to sign up for professional development and forgot to do so? Well you have one last chance to sign up for a variety of October PD opportunities using this google form (which is also embedded in the TGIF staff blog).
