I think of it as a retreat, because we will be together for a full day, voluntarily, to learn information about ourselves and each other. The two leadership inventories that we will take in advance (the Myers Briggs and the DISC) are amazingly insightful. To me, it's fun to discover more about myself and the dynamic team that I'm a part of! Although we will be applying our self-discoveries within the dynamic of our work-based team, this work will feel purposeful, valuable, and enjoyable. Plus there'll be lunch and chocolate. (Ooooooh-aaaaaah. The best kind of bribe!) And you'll be paid $150 for your time. (Remember to push the SUBMIT button at the bottom).
