Critical Area #4: In order to serve the needs of all of our students, we will focus on the culture of staff relationships with emphasis on shared decision making, consensus building, and valuing and supporting each other through healthy relationships.  

Task #1:

“Clear directions for the use of staff discussion database so it is an effective tool for decision making.”

When we designed our action plan goals, we recognized the need for an online discussion tool that we could all use to aid in decision making – our goal was to have this system in place this school year – done!
