Free Webinar of Interest

I just signed up to listen / participate in this free Webinar. It starts at 12:30 during lunch and runs one hour. If you would like to join me in my office and listen in during your lunch, please feel free to stop by (you don't have to register separately). If you have a prep after lunch, you can certainly register yourself and listen in. If you are interested! Here's the advertisement:

One of our most popular webinars to date was 2011's New Findings in Brain Research for Educators session.  And the pace of investigation into matters of the brain hasn't slowed down in the least.  Once again, each week seems to bring more news on how the brain functions and how the research is transforming education from trial-and-error guesswork to evidence-based approaches.

The focus topics of this year's New Findings webinar will be what we are learning about the adolescent brain and some of the latest thinking on creativity and how to help students (and ourselves) become more creative.

Date:  Tuesday, May 22, 2012

Time:  3:30 to 4:30 p.m. EST

Where:  Your computer and phone

Our Neuroscience in Education Webinars are complimentary (there is no fee to participate) but space is limited.  Register early!
