NTAC Planning and Coordination

Here is the list of people who have told me that YES, they are definitely attending NTAC this summer, from Sunday July 15th through Thursday July 19th:

If you are planning to attend, please do the following (if you haven't done so already):

1. Go to the NTAC Event website and register. When it asks you what your method of payment will be, please select "Check". We will be covering the $500 registration cost on your behalf. We can afford to do this in large part because we are a "Demonstration Site" and all those NTN Executive Tours earned us seven credits for the conference! Thanks to all of you, and Peter's students, for this good work.
2. I will reserve a hotel room for you on my credit card (two people to a room), but when you arrive at NTAC, one person per room will need to pay for the room on his or her credit card, and then fill out a reimbursement form immediately upon our return. Your hotel costs of two per room will be reimbursed.
3. Melanie (one of Pam's subs) is gathering a few likely choices for airlines / travel dates. I will send that information out to you early next week. You will book your own flight and get reimbursed by us, but we'll try to coordinate so that we travel together in a group!
