Let's be sure that we avoid any last minute surprises with our Seniors relating to graduation! Please check on the spreadsheet; if you have a Senior who is failing your course, you will need to personally contact that student's parent and have a conversation (face to face or over the phone is best) about what the student needs to do in order to pass your class in time to graduate.
Please input information about the date and name of the parent you spoke with on the "Seniors At Risk" google spreadsheet, along with any additional notes.
I will be checking this spreadsheet regularly. If there is a Senior not on this list who is getting a D or F, or is at risk of not graduating, please add his or her name to the list and document the communication you've had with the parent.
