What to Expect on Monday

This Monday is our first ever "Parents On Campus" day. I will be rolling out the "New Tech Celebrates Success" information with the parents. I will place copies for you to share out with your advisories, as planned (is that what we agreed upon??) Click here to see the schedule of events. (Please call me on my cell asap if I got anything wrong 707-260-9235, I will quickly make corrections so that its perfect for Monday am).As mentioned in my previous email, you are invited to utilize a "classroom ambassador" to step outside the classroom and greet parents, getting them oriented to what is happening before they enter. (Strictly optional)

Here are the times that you can anticipate potential classroom flux (entry and/or exit of parents):

• 8:20 (first batch will enter)
• 9:10 (some will enter, some will exit)
• 10:10 (some enter, some exit)
• 11:10 (enter, exit)
• 1:00 (enter with the students)
• 1:45 (some will enter, some will exit)

Please join us for a hot dog lunch on the patio on Monday, and mingle with the parents if you would like!
